WE HANDED IN OUR 12TH WARD FURNISHED AND RENOVATED.

Abico LLC handed in our 12th ward furnished and renovated to Urgoo, a specialized maternity hospital.

 The specificity of our newly furnished and renovated ward is that it conforms to international standards.  It has been designed to create a nurturing and quiet, womb-like atmosphere in the neonatal intensive care unit of the specialized maternity hospital.  This space is also dedicated to providing high-quality care for both full-term and premature infants, ensuring each newborn has a ward by the 1-child-1-ward standard. Furthermore, it strengthens a deep and precious bond between mother and newborn by emphasizing the practice of skin-to-skin contact, “kangaroo care”. Moreover, providing 24-hour continuous music therapy and engaging the newborn in listening to stories and tales told by their mother can significantly contribute to the newborn’s brain development. The little heart, returning home after being treated in this ward, and the heartfelt words of its mother will be placed in the “Wall of Faith”. This is intended to encourage the mothers with newborns being treated in the same ward and to give them strength in their fight with their babies, fostering even more hope.
